Just wanted to have a friendly PSA that responses you see from people online (especially Facebook) please make sure to always review them with your attorney or specialist in that field

Lately there seems to be a massive influx of note investor gurus on social media spewing out information that is completely false or just plain awful advice whether it be related to taxes, licensing or asset management.
