Hi,

I own a few seller financed notes and I am looking for an inexpensive software to manage the production of statements and end of year report. Does anyone have any recommendation? I am finding a lot of softwares for the owners of large amount of notes but not for the small investor.

Thanks

@Francois D. I agree with the others on here to have your note serviced and have them generate statements for you.

If you still want to self service, I think there's probably something out there for you. Maybe you just haven't found it yet?

For asset management, we use SmartSheet. It's like Excel on steroids and costs $95/month. Very malleable and modifiable for what you want to do. But, it won't easily generate statements for you like a note servicer can.
