With the GSE's postponing foreclosure actions till August 31st, I was curious to investors out there who own loans that were not GSE loans if they are moving forward with FC (where they can) or following GSE guidelines?

For us, we are taking it on a case by case basis. Anyone who was performing and has gone delinquent during this period we have been holding off, but loans which were severely delinquent (greater than 90 days before covid) and have not made payments we are moving forward on.
