Tax lien certificate
I recently purchased a couple of tax certificates for property in Alabama. They are being occupied. My question is during this pandemic should I go ahead and write the letter and send it to them letting them know that I have the certificate and their options or should I wait. I know that 6 months after the letter is when I can legally do anything but I don't know how to handle this situation as of now.

@Dabvis Le Sutton - First pick a state you want to buy in and learn the ins and outs of it. Each state is very different with tax liens, redemption periods etc. Once you learn the rules, you will also figure out who the players are. Try and pick their brain, offer them something up for their time.
