Are you an accredited investor? If so, PPR (@Dave Van Horn), Fund that Flip, CrowdStreet, possibly PeerStreet, and many others have funds.

Likewise, several note investors here on BP run their own funds. I don't know who is currently raising capital or who is even allowed to advertise their funds (506(c) vs 506 (b)) but I know @Bob Malecki, @Chris Seveney, and @Andy Mirza have managed funds in the past.
