Commercial / Business Notes

Yesterday I was contacted by a CPA representing an estate. The estate inherited 6 performing business notes. They are unsecured, however, the payor is 4 car dealerships and there may be an opportunity to attach liens to dealerships' land the business owners (also the heirs of the estate) own in another entity. The combined balance is very high.

The estate wishes to sell all or a portion of the remaining interest in these assets, and also needs an appraisal.

I'd like to connect with investors experienced with business notes and welcome an open discussion here (I'll disclose as much as I can publically) as commercial notes receive less attention and I feel there'd be a learning opportunity... certainly for me.

Thank you.
