Cleveland Judgment to foreclose

Sean Mcintire

I have a note in Cleveland that has a judgment on it and 2-3 weeks ago I paid $2k to have our attorney process said judgment to foreclose.   He has yet to get back to me with an answer as to how long that process will take but he did tell me a few weeks ago that he got the money and is proceeding with the judgment.

How long will the process take to get the house back?

Thanks.

@Bob Malecki

I have two in cuyahoga right now both over a year because borrowers asked for mediation and judges are very liberal / borrower friendly. Attorney noted could take another year who knows as judges in no rush even for borrowers who have not paid in years
