NJ Tax Lien - Time to Foreclose

I have a lien on some vacant land in Woodbridge, NJ that I am considering foreclosing on. I am looking for a realtor that can look at the property and tell me what the value is of the land in that area.

I will then need to determine if that lot would be buildable.

Any suggestions?
