I've been investing in RE for a 15+ years now and would like to get into underwriting notes and reselling them on the secondary market.

Looking to team up with someone who has done this and who can walk me through the process.

Thanks

@Tito Burgos

Be happy to walk you through the process, tell you the in and outs and the reality of the business. If you want to chat let me know,

Some things to be prepared to talk about are:

1. What is your risk tolerance

2. What are your financial objectives (long term and short term including anticipated returns)

3. How much involvement do you want

4. How much capital you looking to put out
