Looking for property preservation help in Amarillo TX

We just got a DIL on a single family vacant property in Amarillo TX. I usually have Sandcastle Field Services deploy a local agent to replace the locks, winterize and install a lockbox, but they are having a hard time finding a local service agent. 

Does anyone have a contact in the Amarillo area that I could deploy to at least do the lock change and lockbox? We want to get a RE agent inside for a look to get a BPO and get the property on the market. 

Any help is appreciated.
