What are my options if I want to buy said NPN? If I even should! Thanks. $56k in UPB and value $43k

Current P&I is $386

taxes owed:  $4,753.80

32-338 DELQ SEWER RENTAL COLUMBUS $190.52


is not their a statute of limitations on getting some/lots of the UPB back?

@Dan Deppen not trying to hijack this thread but just a quick comment. We just foreclosed on a NJ SFR where the paid to date was in 2008. Not sure when the borrower moved out but a couple of her relatives are still living there. This one's a record for me!
