HOA Lien question

If an HOA files a lien worth 10k on a property and then later forecloses the property does that lien still exist if the HOA now holds the title?

I'm interested In a particular unit for a tax deed sale but it seems that tax deed sales no longer wipe out HOA liens in Florida.
