Alabama ejectment letter returned. What next?
We got, one of our letters of ejectment back as "undeliverable unable to forward" today. We have no other address for the taxpayer but do for relatives. Would sending a letter to the relative asking to forward be reasonable? The parcel is an empty lot so should I just sit tight until I get the deed? I realize a quiet title will probably require a skip-trace but should I spend that money at this stage? Thanks to all as usual.
