NPN Story: My First Time

I'm hesitant to direct people to my blog but it's here on the Biggerpockets website and I think newer investors really benefit from hearing about the stories of actual deals, especially the ones that frequent this forum category on notes. This story is especially relevant to newer investors since it talks about my first NPN deal as a "newbie."
