Is there a market for buying/selling Florida Tax Deeds?

I recently purchased a tax deed in Pinellas County Florida on a condo unit in a nice gated community. I have a willing buyer who would like to buy my unit once I have a clear title at a nice 20% profit to my current total costs. Unfortunately, the title will not be clear until quiet title action is completed a few months down the road and there is no guarantee the buyer will remain willing to buy. I need some cash and would like to sell this tax deed if possible. Is there a market for tax deeds and how should I go about finding a buyer?

Thanks.

You could also join Linked in groups for tax liens and deeds, and market it there. Also, why not try ebay, since as Don Konipol mentioned, there is a market for pretty much everything.
