Car notes and Signature loans

I was recently elected to the board of directors for my small postal credit union.
I found out they have a car and signature loans that are non performing, but they have not sold them.

Because we are a small credit union, the other board members are all postal workers and retirees.

Where is a good place to sell these notes?
