Florida Tax Deed- Possible to get Title Insurance?

I own a tax deed on a Florida property in Pinellas county. An attorney is qouting me 2500 for quiet title action. Is this the cheapest way to get a insurable title? Do companies like the below link work? Would they clear my title?
