i am starting to build a rental business. i am located between detroit and flint michigan .i need a tax advisor to help me choose how to structure LLCs, S Corp, C Corp ,land trusts or all of the above.

Were you able to connect with an accountant? If you were not able to connect with an accountant yet - you may want to consider opening up your search to outside of Michigan. You open yourself to more options that way.
