I am new here and looking for help.I have a sign Construction lien where we did $40,000 in repairs on the home and now the owner that sign our contract say he does not have the money to pay us. We have a lien on the property and he is the sole owner with no other liens. I am wonder can we foreclose or what will be be best way to get our money.

Thanks
