Hey everyone. Is anyone doing deed sales in Detroit or Michigan as a whole? I’d love to hear from you and see how you got into it, how do you find them and how successful or not you’ve been in this aspect. Also, if anyone is fix n flipping in Detroit/ Michigan, kindly let me know how it’s going for you.
