hey

recently ran into the note investing world, seems very lucrative to me for a couple of different reasons, but my question is how possible is it to do when you are not on site, and specifically not in the us?

i am aware that there are states that require a form of license to be a part of this industry, not referring to that, more referring to is this industry accessible similar to the way more conventional real estate market is accessible.  i see there are websites that offer buying/selling notes, question good is that pool of notes accessible thru that?
