Selling house with CA State Tax Board Lien on it

Hi, my name is Rae. I was recommended to this forum by a good friend.

We have a CA tax lien on our home and we need to sell house. Relocating to Tennessee. We can't satisfy lien without selling the house. House is homesteaded too.

How can we sell and will we get any equity from sale?

Thanks for any help you can give us.
