NPN Notes for sale

I have a seller who has invested in REO's and has 4 NPN notes he wants me to sell. These are all closing escrow within the next 2 weeks.

NPN is not my normal business so I'm a bit unsure as to how this works. Typically I work with notes that are seasoned. He has quite a few of these types of notes and is getting more.

I would appreciate anyone's help with how to proceed with these deals. Please feel free to contact me as any of your assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you
Lynda Dease

Escrow has not closed yet, but they are NPN? Now I am confused.
