Lee County, tax lien

I have a May 2012 tax lien for a lot in Lee County.

So I need to file a Tax Deed Application. I do understand I would need to payoff all the other years of tax liens on the property. How do I find out, if its worth acquiring the property or let it go.

Please give me some info so I end up not losing money.
