Tax Levy sale (IRS) in Georgia
I live in Georgia. I have been to tax lien sales before, but not tax levies (IRS). Does anyone know how these work? Are you getting the house or is it like a tax lien sale where you get interest and possibility of foreclosing on the home if they do not pay by the end of the year?
