RE Inheritance - Legal & Records

A friend and her family recently gained inheritance holdings when a loved one passed away. The holdings include real estate both inside and outside of Canada. They are looking looking for both legal and accounting services in the GTA area. Can anyone recommend any articles or information they should read to educate them on the best steps to take in transferring the assets over with minimal tax implication. Also they are looking for both an accountant and lawyer who deal in international real estate business. Can anyone recommend this or were they should go to find these. As alway, thanks bigger pockets for being such a valuable resource .
