Canadian Interested In Notes

As the title says, I'm a Canadian citizen who is interested in investing in real estate. I'm interested in notes because their liquidity is attractive to me. I've heard of people buying notes from all over the US as well as having rental properties out of state/country.

I guess what I'm asking is, is there a way to succeed in notes/rental investing if you're from another country without having a visa/permanent residence status? Do you think this will be a possible avenue for me? If so, what could be some of the challenges I'd face as a foreigner?

Also veterans in the note business, feel free to connect with me. Thank you for your time, and have a great day!

Hey @Account Closed, I have Canadian JVs. I also know Canadians who invest in the US. You will have no problems with investing in notes from there.
