Anyone Familiar with Flipping a note/
I was not sure if this can be done like A Short Sale Flip? An A to B and B to C type of Flip. Any info on this woul be great. Thanks

Yes quick flips are the name of the game in the note brokering game as most brokers never put any of their own cash into the deal. They find notes-get investors to price the notes and then discount the offer to the seller by whatever they (the note broker) wishes to make out of the transaction. A good broker will get the note under contract at an attractive price and then assign the contract to an investor for a fee. It's done every day.
