I'm Seraj, A New Note Investor from Miami

Hello BP,

I've been a real estate investor for almost 10 years.  It's amazing that I just found BiggerPockets!  

I have done a bit of everything from fix/flip, buy/hold, tax deeds, REOs, multi-families.  But the real challenge is the next stage, note investing.  I will look to take some of the capital I've generated over the last 8+ years and deploy it into the note business, while still keeping a foothold in the traditional real estate arena.

I'm looking to learn and connect with others in this interesting filed.  Any suggestions on reading/learning will be highly appreciated.
