Hello BP,

For me, I have to pay down some debt, first it was personal debt (co-signed for fam member) which I finally paid off in May.

Now it's Education debt, eveh though I 've been a BP fan for a few years, and they always said watch out for those expensive courses, I didn't listen :-(  so now it's that debt i'm paying off, my partner at the time, and I will split the cost.

I want to maintain my good credit score that I have. So that keeps me going.

I did get some good education on seller financed notes & hard money loans, so for that i'll say I got something out of it.

I'm looking at ways to invest in real estate on the cheap, likely reits, or A platform like realtymogul, Alternative investing like lendingclub, etc.

I'm 55 yrs old, if I don't do this now, i'll be working for someone else until i'm 85. It's a reality I have to face.

It all has been a learning experience, I'll keep chugging.

LOL..Need to get that off my chest. So hopefully this can help someone else who might  be going through the same thing and not give up.

@Tayloe Nickey note investing is not that difficult or hard.  Some educators make it seem harder than it actually is.  I'll shoot you a DM with some more info.
