Hi,

I am not sure if this is the correct forum to post this in, but please let me know.

I have a couple Real Estate Notes and am looking to new note servicing company because of problems with my existing servicer.  Does anyone have any recommendations?  Also, any guides on things to look for and how to evaluate a note servicing company?

Thanks,

Dean

I don't have any notes yet, but I was just at Papersource, and made it a point to ask people who they used and liked. I had multiple people tell me they love Allied. The main points people brought up were they did everything, and don't nickel and dime you for things like sending letters or checking taxes.

I haven't verified that yet, so caveat emptor.

@Dean Suzuki They all have problems. It is just how much you are willing to tolerate lol...

I have now used quite a few different servicers to manage my Notes. I do not want to publicly endorse (or berate) any of them, but if you are interested, I will be happy to share my thoughts on the pros/cons of each one if you want to message me privately.

     Hi Wayne,

    I caught you at NoteCamp 3.0. Would you mind sharing with me your experience with the servicers you have used (pros/cons). Thanks

    @Dean Suzuki

    @Thomas Standen

    There's only one choice - Note Servicing Center out of California.  They've serviced over 4000 notes for me over 7+ years.  I've copied the owner, Thomas, on this string.

    @Dean Suzuki

    I'd suggest checking out SN Loan Servicing and Del Toro Loan Servicing
