negotiating leins on tax deed sale property will leins be forgot

buying properties at tax deed sale in Miami dade  county florida most all have leins of some sort ranging from 500-22,000 dollars has anyone out there had to deal with code enforcement in Miami dade county if so let me know what I am dealing with.

I have dealt with dade county, city of Miami , opa locka, Miami Gardens, hallandale, etc.

Dade county is the worst. Almost impossible to work anything out with them. Other ones you can mitigate fines. 

You will always have to pay clearing fees or demolition costs.

Be careful.
