buying properties at tax deed sale in Miami dade  county florida most all have leins of some sort ranging from 500-22,000 dollars has anyone out there had to deal with code enforcement in Miami dade county if so let me know what I am dealing with.

need some help on finding financing and should I have something under contract first or should I reach out for the financing before hand would love to have financing in place before so I could grab deals to fix and hold and to fix and flip with no hesitation.
