Tax Liens in Arizona (AZ) process

Does any one know about liens in Arizona:
If a lien not redeemed and I want to initiate foreclosure:
1. Is it a county foreclosure process or do I handled it privately?
2. How much the process should cost (ballpark)?
3. How long should it take (ballpark)?
4. at the end of the foreclosure process do I own the property or does it go to an auction sale?
I have experience in Florida and wanted to know how similar/different is it in AZ
Thanks
