Hope everyone is doing well and making profit! My main interest is investing in tax deeds and liens. I'm very much new to those topics and therefore looking for any and all info I can gather!! I know that I cannot obtain liens/deeds in NY as a single investor so I'm looking to explore the NJ market. My capital is small therefore I will be starting as such. Any and all guidance would be appreciated. Alex

Welcome to BiggerPockets, @Alex Stefanowski .

I've never invested in tax deeds and liens, but there are a lot of members here who have.

A recent podcast, Show 211 , featured Bob Malecki who has made a career investing in notes.
