Good Day Everyone!

When is a Tax Deed is considered marketable in the State of Florida if no quiet title action suit is performed. I was told by a title agency that I have to wait 20 years until the tax deed is marketable. From my past experience I believe it was 4 years. Can anyone guide me to the right track on the laws of tax deed in the State of Florida. I own a couple of tax deed properties and have yet done a quiet title.
