Interested in investing in Tax deeds/liens/OTC-Assignments

I'm located in Canada. Attended a conference and introduced to Tax Liens.

There are so many systems out there. Overwhelmed!

Can anyone recommend which would be the best system/program for a beginner to get started?

Is there a site where the research is done for you (ie. Weeds out the bad Liens?/ risk mitigation?)

Are there any real estate agents, brokers, lawyers one would recommend?

Anything I should be aware of as a Canadian investing in US Tax Liens/Deeds?

Any advice or assistance would definitely be appreciated as I get started. I don't want to rush in and make unnecessary and avoidable mistakes.

Thank you in advance!

George
