Two Liens - Same item - Can I have One Removed?

I have two tax liens (state liens) related to unemployment from the past.  These are related to the same account in question.  One was filed in 2010 and the other filed in 2012 for overpayment.  They apparently were unable to locate me between those times, as such they filed a second lien.

The only difference between the two is the added interest that accrued over the two years.

This has been paid in full at this point.  Would it be possible for me to have the later item removed as it's more or less a duplicate of the first since they're related to the same account?  (Though the amounts vary slightly due to interest).  Thank you very much in advance.
