Does anybody have a good excel spreadsheet to evaluate the performance and the possible buy/bidding situations for a performing note?

Thanks!

You do the due diligence when your offer is accepted. (Usually 7 to 10 days). Order BPO, O&E report, look at the pay history etc.

On a different thread i posted this few days back. @Scott Carson has a good video about doing the due diligence on a tape that you receive from hedge fund managers. Take a look at it here.

Its a good 4 hour video that you would have ever spent on analyzing a tape. Good luck and welcome to the note business !
