I came across a property in Cleveland (family owned) that has been vacant for years, requires lots of work. Tax lein and gas $17,000 in the 44105 zip code. Looking for Cleveland experts to provide their thoughts on this zip code and for tips on what to do with a house that has a tax lien should I choose to move forward.
