If a lien has been stripped from a BK...

Is it game over at that point if a loan becomes unsecured or is there any steps at that point as a lien holder to pursue the debt?  Can you hire an attorney or hire a debt collector?

The loan was "stripped" from the property, there is no longer a mortgage to enforce.
