National Tax lien/levy sales list is it needed?

Hello, I'm new to BP and real-estate investing. I started getting interested when poking around on the county GIS page and clicked on my neighbors property and saw she was several years behind on taxes. It lead me to read up on what that actually means, and eventually found the list of properties up for auction in my county. I realize it is hard to find these lists for different counties, and a lot of work doing research to figure out what properties you might want to bid on.

Bottom line is, what does the investor community here think of a nation wide list of these properties being available on a website? Anyone interested?

I'm a programmer, and I'm interested in solving my own problem by building this application, but I would like to see what you all have to add, and if you would want to use such a product.
