What voids a sale of tax lien cert in AL--previous owner died
Hello,
I have a question about what voids a sale for a tax lien certificate in Alabama. I have read that if the owner dies before the tax sale then it could be a voided sale.
I purchased a lien directly from the state (2015 tax sale), not at an auction. I did a little research and discovered that the owner died in 2013.
