Still angling how to get my feet wet. Anyone have plans to attend the Norwalk Tax Auction in July? Does anyone know the CT laws on holding properties after you satisfy the tax amount? I've been doing a little research but it seems daunting to try for my first investment. I know I'll go check it out even if I don't plan on bidding.
