General Business Liability Insurance

So I have two liens on homeowners that I want to send notice to vacate so I can start my 6 month timer to ejectment. Before I send them though, I want to get General Business Liability Insurance to cover me in case one of them decides to get legal on me. Does anyone know who to call or a name of someone or company that offers this to real estate investment companies like the one I have? Thanks in advance!!

@Luke Mahan Assuming you hold a Land contract or Mortgage /Note I would not do this yourself.  Board this with a servicer and have them issue the notices etc.  There are a lot of legal requirements to the eviction process that can trip you up.

Do I right and have a pro handle it.
