Is fundraising while traveling feasible?

I am a relatively new investor, am looking for my first deal, and am particularly interested in tax liens and notes. I love to travel and fantasize about raising money while driving up the west coast and then flying to the EU to continue my fundraising efforts. Is there anyone out there who does this or knows someone who does? Is it feasible for a newbie to find success this way without having done any previous deals? Thanks in advance.
