Cuyahoga county tax foreclosure timeline

Came across a property in Cuyahoga county (Ohio) which has an outstanding tax lien for $16,167.26. How do i find out how long the residents did not pay their taxes ?

With this outstanding lien amount, i wanted to find out how many more months the seller has before they lose the property to tax lien foreclosure. (So that i can set my buying price accordingly).
