Billboards and Tax Liens/Deeds
Hi Everyone,
How likely is it for a [former, perhaps] property owner to agree to exchange fee simple ownership of a billboard on a property to the tax lien/deed holder for a deed back to the former property owner (for the rest of the property)? Has anybody been successful in implementing such a strategy?
