Hello,

I am seeking to work with real estate investors looking for deals on both performing and non-performing notes. I want to do the research for investors, send them the details of notes deals, and in return request a referral fee.

I have heard of people working in this niche as a "middleman" of sorts. Is there anyone on biggerpockets.com that has experience in this? Any success?
