Brought my first tax lien

I have been reading up on tax liens for awhile.  I finally took the plunge, and brought my first one.  I focused on single home in Florida.  My formula to rank the tax liens is (Assessed Value / Face Value) * (Building Value/ Assessed Value).  I also filtered out any properties that had prior unpaid tax liens.

I brought a $500 tax lien on this property since it was ranked #1 in my list.  Can the pros tell me how I did?  I figured I must have missed several red flags since OTC tax liens are usually the ones no one wants.
